Happy Belated Bday Devon!!!!Seen celebrating his 21st birthday at Sugar Factory and Chateau Nightclub was Nickelodeon and ABC Family actor Devon Werkheiser, who was joined by good friend and “Hard Times of RJ Berger” star Jareb Dauplaise. Taking place of a birthday cake the young star indulged in the jumbo Cookie Jar Sundae. Werkheiser took advantage of being the legal drinking age and sipped on champagne and cocktails celebrating with friends to turning the big two-one in Sin City. Photos are in the media gallery.
